How Old Is Disney Land?

What is Disney?

Disney land is a place where you can interact with your favorite Disney characters, eat food and go on fun rides. Disney was originally made and named after Walt Disney. He wasn't originally a theme park designer. He started his career as a commercial artist. He started a small studio in Los Angeles, California, to make animated cartoons. In 1928 he released his first short film, Steam Boat Willie. Once he introduced the world Mickey Mouse it became a huge success.

How did Disney land become thought of?

In the 1950's, Walt Disney started dreaming of an amusement experience. It was inspired by the children's letters that he received talking about how much they wanted to meet Mickey Mouse. He started planning a theme park unlike anything that had been seen before. Disney land finally opened to the public on July 17 , 1955. It featured 18 attractions, Main street USA, Frontierland, Adventure land, Fantasy land, and Tomorrow land.

In conclusions Disney has been around since 1955.

1. Matariki  rises in the north-eastern skies in late May and early June.
2. Matariki is one of the closest star clusters to earth.
3. Matariki was used to guide crews in wakas across the Pacific.
4. For some iwi´s, Matariki is connected to the creation of the world.
5. Many iwi´s believe that the seven stars as a mother and her daughters.
